1. Issuer\u2028<\/strong>
The voucher is issued by The Circle Concept Hotel GmbH, Berlin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Types of Vouchers<\/strong>
\u2028a) Monetary-value vouchers (\u20ac50\/\u20ac100\/\u20ac200) that can be applied to a booking.
b) Experience vouchers (\u201cThe Circle Experience\u201d), which include a specifically defined service (one night for two guests including all listed facilities and amenities). Experience vouchers are available at two price levels: weekday vouchers (valid for stays Sunday\u2013Thursday) and weekend vouchers (valid for Friday\u2013Saturday stays).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Scope of Service for Experience Vouchers<\/strong>\u2028
Experience vouchers cover the service described in the offer.
Included in the price (weekday or weekend rate as purchased) are:
\u2013 One overnight stay for two guests
\u2013 Use of the private 75 sqm space including the private spa, king-size bed and modular lounge\/chill-out areas
\u2013 Organic hair & body care products, towels, and all in-room amenities
\u2013 One bottle of wine
\u2013 Cleaning fee and city tax
Not included are additional nights, optional extras, or upgrades unless expressly stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Redemption<\/strong>
\u2028Vouchers can only be redeemed via www.enter-thecircle.com. The voucher code must be entered during booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Validity\u2028<\/strong>
Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. After expiry, they can no longer be redeemed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Transferability\u2028<\/strong>
Vouchers are transferable. Commercial resale is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Cash Payment\u2028<\/strong>
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Experience vouchers cannot be converted into monetary value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Price Changes & Upgrades<\/strong>
\u2028a) Monetary vouchers retain their nominal value.
b) Experience vouchers remain valid for the described service (weekday or weekend stay) even if prices change. If a guest holding a weekday voucher wishes to redeem it for a weekend stay, the price difference to the prevailing weekend rate must be paid at the time of booking. A weekend voucher may be used for a weekday stay, but no refund or residual value is provided.
c) Optional extras and upgrades must be paid separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Remaining Balance<\/strong>
\u2028Monetary vouchers retain any unused balance until expiry. Experience vouchers carry no residual value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. VAT\u2028<\/strong>
Sales are subject to the reduced 7% VAT rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Loss or Theft\u2028<\/strong>
The Circle Concept Hotel GmbH accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or misused vouchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Booking Conditions\u2028<\/strong>
Redemption is subject to availability and to the booking conditions in effect at the time of reservation. Restrictions may apply on weekends, holidays, or special dates. The voucher type (weekday or weekend) determines which dates may be booked without surcharge. Cancellations of bookings made with vouchers do not entitle the guest to a refund; rebooking in accordance with Clause 14 applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. Shipping of Printed Vouchers<\/strong>
\u2013 Digital vouchers are sent via email within 24 hours of ordering.
\u2013 Printed vouchers within Germany are shipped by post for \u20ac10. Delivery typically takes 2\u20135 business days.
\u2013 European shipping is available to all countries outside Germany and within Europe for a flat fee of \u20ac15. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing; delivery may take 7\u201321 business days.
\u2013 International shipping is available to all countries outside of Europe for a flat fee of \u20ac25. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing; delivery may take 7\u201321 business days.
\u2013 Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons such as Christmas.
\u2013 The Circle Concept Hotel GmbH is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
\u2013 For urgent or time-sensitive gifts, we recommend selecting the digital voucher.
\u2013 The Circle is entitled to withdraw from the contract if, at the fault of the customer, delivery of the goods fails despite three delivery attempts. Any payments already made by the customer will be refunded without delay.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Cancellation & Rebooking of Voucher Bookings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event that a booking made using a voucher is cancelled by the guest, the voucher value will not be refunded or paid out in cash. Instead, the voucher remains valid and may be rebooked for an alternative date, subject to availability and within the original voucher validity period. Rebookings following a cancellation must be arranged directly with The Circle Concept Hotel GmbH by contacting us via the contact details provided on www.enter-thecircle.com<\/a>. Online self-service rebooking is not available in these cases. Any price differences resulting from a change of date, voucher type (weekday\/weekend), or applicable rates must be paid by the guest at the time of rebooking. No refund or credit will be issued if the new booking is of lower value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15. Governing Law\u2028<\/strong>
