General Information<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A consumer is any natural person who completes a legal transaction for purposes that are for the most part not attributable to any professional activity of either a commercial or self-employed nature they engage in.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our vouchers represent a credit that can be redeemed for goods and\/or services offered by The Circle Concept Hotel GmbH. By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy and in our general Voucher Terms & Conditions<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Right of Cancellation
\n<\/span><\/strong>
\nYou have the right to cancel this contract without giving reasons within a fourteen-day cancellation period that begins on the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (you cannot nominate the carrier) take(s) receipt of the goods. In order to exercise your right of cancellation you must notify us (The Circle Concept Hotel GmbH, Skalitzerstrase 59, 10997, Berlin, Germany; come@enter-thecircle.com; +49 1631872040) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g. in the form of a letter sent by post or an email). You can \u2013 but are not obliged to \u2013 use the cancellation form template appended to this cancellation policy. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/span><\/p>\n

Consequences of cancellation
\n<\/span><\/strong>
\nIf you cancel this contract we are required to pay back all payments we have received from you (excluding shipping costs) without delay and within a maximum period of fourteen days from the date on which we receive your correspondence notifying us of the cancellation of the contract. Repayment occurs using the same payment type you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with repayment. We reserve the right to refuse repayment until such time as we have taken receipt of the returned goods or until such time as you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods (whichever is the earlier point in time). You are required to return the goods to us without delay and within a maximum period of fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. You will be deemed to have complied with the aforementioned returns period if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.<\/span><\/p>\n

You are liable for the direct cost of returning the goods, if applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n

You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods if such depreciation is attributable to the non-essential handling of the goods by you for purposes other than the verification of the nature, properties and functionality thereof.<\/span><\/p>\n

Voucher Refunds After the Withdrawal Period<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

After the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, vouchers are generally non-refundable. <\/span>A refund may only be possible in exceptional circumstances, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n

* If we are unable to provide the goods\/services associated with the voucher
\n* <\/span>If our business operations change or cease in a way that makes voucher redemption impossible<\/span><\/p>\n

In such cases, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a monetary refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Voucher Validity Period<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise stated on the voucher:<\/span><\/p>\n

* Our vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. <\/span>
\n* After the expiry date, the voucher can no longer be redeemed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vouchers with shorter validity periods (e.g., for specific events or limited-time services) will clearly state the expiration date at the time of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

Redeeming Vouchers<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

* Vouchers can be redeemed only at The Circle Concept Hotel GmbH, and only for the products or services offered at the time of redemption.<\/span>
\n* Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/span>
\n* No change is given for purchases below the voucher value; however, remaining credit will stay available until the expiry date.<\/span><\/p>\n
